Founder’s Message
YUBU, the first Korean tofu pocket in Canada, was brought to life by a collective of Korean food enthusiasts in Toronto. We inaugurated our initial location in December 2022, followed by the second store in downtown Toronto in January 2023. Subsequently, we proudly opened our third location in Scarborough, and fourth location in Yonge and Finch.
Our mission is to expand the presence of Korean food worldwide. With authentic Korean toppings on YUBU, we aim to introduce K-food to everyone and contribute to the global appreciation of Korean cuisine.
Korean food is a delightful blend of tangy, salty, sweet, and spicy flavors. Often incorporating fermented condiments like the traditional 'Jang' and a variety of spices such as garlic, onion, and pepper, Korean cuisine is renowned for creating a harmonious fusion of flavors.
